Bure ANDRA - Power supply for underground research laboratory

Thepault Réseaux, a subsidiary of SAG Thepault, has completed the laying of a cable in Lorraine for ANDRA (Agence nationale pour la gestion des déchets radioactifs). This was a rather unusual undertaking. The cable passes through a vertical service shaft to a depth of almost 500 metres. In addition, Thepault Réseaux were also tasked with the connection work at the above-ground sub-station as well as the subsequent commissioning.
