QUAD in the SAG Group
 
The abbreviation QUAD stands for Qualität, Umweltschutz, Arbeitssicherheit and Datenschutz (quality, environmental protection, work safety and data protection).
  
Quality:
We determine and implement the individual customer requirements on our technical work and service and place customer satisfaction and efficiency in the foreground when processing our orders.
 
Environment:
We minimise the environmental effects of our technical work and service and conserve natural resources by using the latest raw material and energy-saving technologies, where where this is possible within the operational conditions.
Work safety:
We consider the protection of life and the health of our employees as a continual obligation. The warranty of work safety, is not understood in the SAG Group as a legal obligation but rather is a part of the company culture.
 
Data protection:
We regard the protection and security of personal data with very high importance and thus express our respect towards our employees and customers and their right to informational self-determination.
 
The integrated QUAD management system has been set in force by the management of SAG GmbH and applies for the entire SAG Group. It uniformly regulates all QUAD areas to the advantage of our customers and employees.
 
The foundations and results are summarised in yearly QUAD briefings, which are made available to our customers and employees. Furthermore, the individual companies have externally certified management systems at their disposal:

13 companies are certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000
1   companies are certified to KTA 1401
1   companies are certified to DIN 14675 (fire alarm systems)

Environment:
2   companies are certified to ISO 14001 
3   companies are specialist firms to § 19 l Wasserhaushaltsgesetz (water balance law)

Work safety:
2   companies are certified to SCC (Safety Certificate
     Contractors)
3   companies are certified to AMS
     (work safety management system of the association of
     commercial and industrial workers' insurance carriers)
